Cozy Late Fall Engagement at North Park

Andrea and Jim are the kind of people you meet and you can instantly tell – they’re super in love. The day of their session the forecast took a turn for the worst and we had to move their 3PM session time up to 8AM to avoid freezing rain. I brought some coffees along to try and offset the 30-degree weather but despite the early start time and the chills, Andrea and Jim were nothing but bright rays of sunshine through it all. They chose North Park as their engagement session spot because the early days of their relationship included training for a marathon together right on the same running trails! As a certified couch potato myself, I am in awe of their accomplishments.

Fun fact: this engagement session actually took place along the same trail where Michael and I got engaged! This spot in North Park is my hidden gem and I absolutely love bringing people here for engagement and portrait sessions.
