Cozy Late Fall Engagement at North Park

A and J are the kind of people you meet and you can instantly tell – they’re super in love. The day of their session the forecast took a turn for the worst and we had to move their 3PM session time up to 8AM to avoid freezing rain. I brought some coffees along to try and offset the 30-degree weather but despite the early start time and the chills, A and J were nothing but bright rays of sunshine through it all. They chose North Park as their engagement session spot because the early days of their relationship included training for a marathon together right on the same running trails! As a certified couch potato myself, I am in awe of their accomplishments.

Fun fact: this engagement session actually took place along the same trail where Michael and I got engaged! This spot in North Park is my hidden gem and I absolutely love bringing people here for engagement and portrait sessions.
