Stunning Non-Traditional Wedding Celebration at Mr. Smalls Theatre

V and P are the coolest people I’ve ever met and their wedding celebration reflected that. If you’re looking for inspiration on a non-traditional wedding, look no further. I’ve attended so many concerts at Mr. Smalls over the years, it was such an adventure seeing it turn into a dream reception venue and getting to photograph there. It’s got such a unique vibe to it, I can’t think of another venue that compares. It’s dark, it’s edgy, it’s historic. V and P made it their own and added a subtle appreciation for nature with handmade decor and flowers grown from their own garden. Outfits-wise, these two killed it. P did custom metalworking on his own shoes to create a golden, gilded fantasy look. V changed into another color of the same (absolutely amazing) sequined dress for the second half of the day, completely changing the vibe of her look and setting the mood for a night of dancing and liveliness right on the Mr. Smalls stage.
