Surprise Engagement at Phipps Winter Light Garden

Dylan reached out to me about this session several months in advance. He had a plan down to the last detail and I LOVED it. The premise was simple: the couple’s friends from out of state would drive in, enter Phipps with me an hour early, jump out at just the right moment playing “The Best” on the guitar and singing along, surprise Jordan, and Dylan would propose. The logistics turned out to be a bit more complex than that (as surprise proposals tend to be) but thanks to Dylan’s foresight and our scouting efforts the week prior – the plan came together. The moment was beautiful, heartfelt, and a total surprise to Jordan.
