Surrounded by vivid summer florals and lots of love from their closest family and friends, Marianna and Mark celebrated their togetherness in an intimate ceremony at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Before the ceremony began, Marianna and her family had a quiet moment of remembrance at a memorial altar dedicated to her late mother. The ceremony itself, led by my favorite Pittsburgh officiant, Mark DeNuzzio, featured a rock, paper, scissors match to determine who said vows first. After the ceremony, the couple shared a toast with their guests and we explored the botanical garden, which was dressed up in a fantasy theme featuring many hidden troll sculptures throughout the grounds. The day was beautiful, classic, simple, and timeless.
Venue: Phipps Conservatory
