Surrounded by vivid summer florals and lots of love from their closest family and friends, M and M celebrated their togetherness in an intimate ceremony at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Before the ceremony began, M and her family had a quiet moment of remembrance at a memorial altar dedicated to her late mother. The ceremony itself, led by my favorite Pittsburgh officiant, Mark DeNuzzio, featured a rock, paper, scissors match to determine who said vows first. After the ceremony, the couple shared a toast with their guests and we explored the botanical garden, which was dressed up in a fantasy theme featuring many hidden troll sculptures throughout the grounds. The day was beautiful, classic, simple, and timeless.
Venue: Phipps Conservatory
